BeyoutifulTheLabel reserves the right to amend any of the T&Cs on this website, without giving any prior notice.

PRODUCTS

  • Colours of products may appear slightly different (lighter or darker) due to colour calibration of the device’s screen and lighting used. Such discrepancy may not be considered as deffect.
  • A difference of 1-2 centimeter between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.
  • For printed designs, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight colour patches for each piece
  • Measurements provided on each of the products are in flatlay.
  • Customers are advised to double check on the product measurements as different design may fit differently.
  • Colour may transfer onto other garments, upholstery and bags. Do take note whenever necessary.
  • BeyoutifulThe Label DO NOT offer returns or refunds if product is not handled as per instructed in PRODUCT CARE.
  • We DO NOT guarantee that the items will not be altered (colour runs, size shrinks, etc) after washed or soaked, and if this happens, Beyoutiful The Label will not be responsible and no return request due to this reason will be entertained.
  • We WILL NOT take any responsibility or be liable for any of our products bought from a third party (person or merchant).

 

PRODUCT CARE

  • Customers are advised to hand wash or gentle machine wash (max 30 Degrees Celsius) all Beyoutiful The Label apparels (individually) without soaking for the first few washes as colour transfer may occur.
  • Ensure your garment is zipped up and/or buttoned up before washing to prevent damage.
  • Turn your garment inside out before washing.
  • Please iron on reverse side of the apparel. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products unless otherwise stated. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).
  • Avoid wearing denims/suede items with light coloured items/accessories especially for the first few wears to prevent any colour transfer.
  • Do not soak.
  • Do not use too much detergent and softener.
  • Do not use bleach.
  • Do not iron prints and embellishments.
  • Do not drip dry.
